1. Order Processing

    • Processing Time:
      Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

    • Prescription Orders:
      Orders containing prescription medications will only be processed after the prescription is validated by a licensed pharmacist.

    • Order Confirmation:
      You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. A separate email will be sent when your order ships, including tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

3. Shipping Restrictions

    • No PO Boxes: We do not ship prescription medications to P.O. boxes. A valid street address is required.

    • Temperature-Sensitive Medications: Some medications may require insulated packaging and expedited shipping. Additional fees may apply.

    • Controlled Substances: These may require signature upon delivery or additional documentation.


4. International Shipping

At this time, MedXMG.com:

    • Does not offer international shipping.

    • Any orders placed from outside our service area will be canceled and refunded.

5. Tracking & Delivery

    • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    • You can track your package directly via our website or the courier’s site.

    • If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours.


6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Weather events

    • Courier delays (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS)

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

    • Delays in prescription validation

We will do our best to notify you if a delay is anticipated.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit:

    • Please include your order number and a photo (if applicable).

    • We will investigate and, if appropriate, reship or refund your order.
